TRIODE X APPARATUS – LE VOYAGE

A journey through the collection of New York-based design studio Apparatus, Le Voyage features the studio’s lighting, furniture and objects in an environment conceived by Creative Director Gabriel Hendifar. Founded in 2012, the studio draws on a vocabulary of desire to explore both object and environment, interpreting the historical and cultural through a modern lens.

Le Voyage features Isfahan, a special textile collaboration with Pierre Frey woven by the recently reinvigorated mill, Le Manach. Isfahan uses the intricate style of Persian marquetry called Khatam as a point of departure. The textile balances ancient and modern geometry, remaining faithful to its Persian heritage and to the studio’s rich, atemporal language.
