PDW21 AT TRIODE GALLERY: A NEW HOME

08/30/2021

In September, Triode will celebrate its tenth anniversary with a new space and an exclusive showcase, at the crossroads of virtual and reality, featuring American designers.

For this special event, the gallery's founder, Jacques Barret, has given ''carte blanche'' to a selection of American designers to create a virtual installation that showcases their latest creations and works, and reflects the unique universe of each studio. This animation concept will be renewed every three months throughout the year, to highlight the designers that Triode represents.

For this edition of Paris Design Week, Triode welcomes designers Bower and John Pomp in an exhibition combining exclusive pieces, photorealistic 3D images signed by artist Victor Roussel, with material samples and a video projection demonstrating the know-how and the creation process.

By choosing to showcase American designers, Triode honors a way of working and an unparalleled know-how that can be seen in the attention to detail, the quality of manufacturing, the materials used, and the specific design of products. To be with them is to enter the concrete world of manufacturing, the world of the "Makers".
